Embodied Relating — Somatic Relational Retreat

What becomes possible when we slow down and bring more awareness to how we connect—with ourselves and with others?

Embodied Relating is a somatic relational retreat offering a space to become curious about how you show up in relationship and explore new possibilities for greater presence, authenticity, and connection.

Through embodied exploration, relational practice, nervous system awareness, and an exploration of attachment, we’ll deepen awareness of ourselves and how we relate to others.

Open to individuals, partners, and pairs of friends or family members. Attend Day One or the full weekend. No previous experience with somatic work is needed.

Early registration through September 20: $150 for Day One or $275 for the full weekend. Regular registration: $175 for Day One or $325 for the full weekend. Registration is per person. October 24–25 | 2–6 PM both days
