Mark Your Calendar – Our 2025 Annual Meeting is Coming Up!
It’s that time of year again—when we gather as a community to raise a glass, share some stories, and look ahead to the exciting things on the horizon for the Mad River Valley.
Join us on Wednesday, September 24th at 5:30 PM at the Inn at the Round Barn Farm for the **Mad River Valley Chamber of Commerce Annual Meeting.
We’ll start the evening with a cocktail reception from 5:30 to 6:00 PM—featuring a special tasting from our friends at Mad River Distillers (cash bar)—the perfect way to mix, mingle, and catch up with friends and fellow business owners.
At 6:00 PM, we’ll settle in for our business meeting where we’ll:
- Celebrate the Year in Review and the big wins we’ve achieved together
- Share a quick Financial Report so you know where we stand and where we’re headed
- Elect new board members who will help guide the Chamber’s next chapter
- Take a look at what’s coming in 2025 and beyond
- Open the floor for your questions, ideas, and feedback
We’re especially excited to welcome our keynote speaker, Misha Golfman from the Mad River Path, who will update us on the Mad River Valley Active Transportation Corridor initiative—a project that will be a real game-changer for how our community connects.
And because good conversation always goes better with good food, stick around after the meeting for an optional catered dinner at 7:30 PM, prepared by the talented team at Nor’Easter Catering. The cost for the meal is $35 per person
