SUMMARY:Bear Fair - Mad River Valley Bear Initiative
DESCRIPTION:The MRV Bear Initiative holds this event to share information about co-existing with the black bears in our landscape. \nWe will have LOTS of information\, resources\, and demonstrations on black bears and how to keep them wild. The main goal is to deny them access to human food sources: trash\, recycling\, compost\, birdfeeders\, beehives\, chicken coops\, open cars with food/smells. \nVisit the Bear Fair to get info and simple tips\, see electric fence and mat demonstrations\, and to locate resources to help in your efforts.
