DESCRIPTION:A week of farm adventures and creativity \nThis special camp week blends the best of farm life with creative parade preparation. Campers will explore the joys of the farm while also creating costumes and building a float for the Warren Fourth of July parade. \nA typical day includes: \n—Morning farm explorations: tending animals\, planting seeds\, and caring for the garden\n—Creative parade preparation: designing costumes with fabric\, paints\, and papier-mâché\, and building our camp float together\n—Healthy cooking with farm ingredients\n—Afternoon swims in our private Mad River swimming hole\n—Games\, crafts\, and building new friendships\n—Culminating celebration: marching together in the Warren July 4th Parade!

This camp engages all the senses with plenty of time outdoors exploring the natural world and building deep connection to food\, the earth\, and each other. \nWe begin each day with gratitude\, games\, and farm adventures. Throughout the week\, campers will enjoy fresh farm produce\, cook delicious healthy treats\, explore the woods\, and splash in the river—all while weaving in Jewish values of kindness\, cooperation\, learning\, and gratitude. Ancient stories\, Hebrew songs\, and blessings will be part of our daily rhythm as we celebrate our connection to the land and seasons. \nTwo age groups:\n—Buds\, ages 4–6 (preschool/K)\n—Flowers\, ages 7–11 \nWhile Valley Teva is rooted in Jewish tradition\, families of all backgrounds are welcome to join us in nature and community.

Campers will taste the bounty of summer as they pick ripe vegetables\, berries\, and herbs\, then transform their harvest into delicious farm-fresh snacks. Between tending animals\, exploring the land\, and splashing in the river\, campers will build friendships and connect deeply with the rhythms of farm life. \nA typical day includes:\n—Morning farm explorations: tending animals\, harvesting ripe vegetables and berries\, and caring for the garden\n—Healthy cooking with ingredients we’ve harvested\n—Games and free play in the field\n—Afternoon adventures on our forest trails and swims in our private Mad River swimming hole\n—Creative crafts and building new friendships \nFor ages 6-12
