SUMMARY:The Upside Down World Circus at Bread & Puppet
DESCRIPTION:“Is it or is it not?\nAm I asleep or am I awake?\nAm I a cockroach or am I a me? \nPossibilitarians! We must demonstrate humanity’s upside-down situation in the face of the government’s depraved falsehoods. Luxury silence and despair must be replaced by revolt orchestras that radically oppose the radically wrong system. \nIt is time to unforget the revolution-in-progress and aim for the evermore on the universe’s shore.” \nThe one and only Bread & Puppet Circus is back to confront our upside-down situation! With stilt dancers\, paper maché beasts of all sizes\, and a riotous brass band\, The Upside Down World Circus is an urgent spectacle of protest and celebration. Following the circus\, starting around 4:30pm\, a massive pageant will commence on the field. Side shows before the circus. \nAfter each show Bread & Puppet will serve its famous sourdough rye bread with aioli\, and “Cheap Art” – books\, posters\, postcards\, pamphlets and banners from the Bread & Puppet Press – will be for sale. \nTickets to summer shows on the Bread & Puppet farm are $15\, with no one turned away for lack of funds. Admission by donation upon arrival for kids 12 and under.

SUMMARY:Red Cross Blood Drive at Cabot Creamery
DESCRIPTION:Schedule a Time to Give Today!\n\nIn addition to a bar of fabulous Cabot Creamery cheese the Red Cross is offering donors a $20 Amazon Gift Card by email for giving blood in August.   \nThe American Red Cross has an urgent need for donors and is counting on people to act now and book a time to give blood or platelets. Donors of all blood types and those giving platelets are needed to keep a strong supply of lifesaving blood products on hospital shelves into the summer. \nAs summer heat ramps up\, so do people’s plans\, which could lead to postponed appointments or less opportunities to give ─ an especially troubling scenario at a time where the Red Cross has experienced an alarming drop in scheduled donations in recent weeks. In addition to many end-of-school year activities\, travel and school breaks\, June 1 marked the beginning of Atlantic hurricane season ─ a reminder that severe weather can also quickly disrupt the ability to donate in affected areas and potentially delay or cancel blood drives. \nPower Red: A Power Red donation collects the red cells but returns most of the plasma and platelets to the donor. These donors must meet specific eligibility requirements and have type A Neg\, B Neg\, or O blood. \n\n\nBlood: The most common type of donation\, during which approximately a pint of ‘whole blood’ is given. This type of blood donation usually takes about an hour.\n\nLearn More About Different Types of Donations

SUMMARY:Farm Table at Spruce Peak: Jasper Hill Cellars
DESCRIPTION:As summer gives way to harvest\, the Farm Table Series continues with an evening inspired by Jasper Hill Cellars\, widely regarded as one of Vermont’s most influential and respected cheesemakers. \nThis September dinner explores the relationship between land\, time\, and craftsmanship—pairing Jasper Hill’s cellar‑aged cheeses with early fall produce\, thoughtfully sourced proteins\, and warm\, composed preparations that reflect the shift in season. The menu is designed to feel both comforting and refined\, capturing the sense of transition unique to early autumn in Vermont. \nRather than presenting cheese as a standalone course\, Jasper Hill’s cheeses will be integrated throughout the multi‑course menu\, appearing in nuanced and unexpected ways that enhance each dish without overwhelming it. \nServed as a communal dining experience and accompanied by curated beverage pairings\, the evening reflects a balance of restraint and richness—an expression of place\, seasonality\, and craft.

SUMMARY:Return to Center - A Therapeutic Yoga & Somatic Movement Practice
DESCRIPTION:Life has a way of pulling us in many directions. Return to Center is an invitation to slow down\, reconnect with yourself\, and remember the wisdom that already lives within you.\nInspired by therapeutic yoga and somatic movement\, this class is designed for anyone seeking greater balance\, resilience\, and ease—no prior experience is necessary. SUMMARY:TIMBO & LONESOME COUNTRY
DESCRIPTION:Born & raised in Music City\, Timbo made waves working the Nashville honky-tonk circuit & kickstarted his career by releasing his debut EP to critical acclaim. Backed by a myriad community of lifelong musicians\, he formed a band with a sound many have dubbed “Soul Country; Lonesome Country.” \nYou might have seen him sing with Sierra Ferrell at The Grand Ole Opry — her audience chanting “TIMBO! TIMBO! TIMBO!” & demanding an encore each night of the tour — or caught the viral Western-AF video of “Gentle Breeze Of Tennessee.” \nHis new single “Night Owl\,” out July 23rd\, 2026\, might just be a timeless new addition to the Great American Songbook\, standing shoulder to shoulder with songs like Merle Haggard’s “Footlights.” In July he played The Haywater Country Music Festival in Heinävesi\, Finland — his 1st time across the pond.
