Information and application can be found on: https://valleyartistsguild.com \nThe Valley Artists Guild proudly announces the 14th Annual Green Mountain Watercolor Exhibition (GMWE) —an acclaimed celebration of watercolor painting that has grown from a grassroots show in 2012 into a nationally recognized summer exhibition. \nThe 2026 exhibition will be held June 11 through July 19 at the Historic Red Barn Galleries at Lareau Farm & Forest\, located on Route 100 in Waitsfield\, Vermont. \nFeaturing the work of over 60 accomplished watercolor artists from across the United States\, the exhibition draws more than 3\,000 visitors each year to experience a vibrant and diverse range of contemporary watercolor painting\, including entries in conjunction with the Whiskey Painters of America. It’s a show within a show. \nThis year\, more than $7\,000 in awards will be presented to artists demonstrating exceptional skill and vision in the medium. \nThe exhibition has received international attention\, including recognition by the French publication Art of Watercolour as one of America’s premier summer watercolor exhibitions. This distinction continues to attract highly regarded jurors who carefully select outstanding works for inclusion and award honors.
