Come experience the Waitsfield Farmers Market with Chef Marci Lutsky. In this class you’ll meet at 10:00 at the farmers market and shop for local ingredients while chatting with the vendors who bring the best of everything to our community every Saturday.

Then you’ll head over to the Addison West kitchen to make a delicious lunch with the freshest ingredients. What will be on the menu? That depends on what’s available at the market.
