About the film
Please join us for this amazing documentary to honor the lives of Terry Brown and Dana Fuller. This film will leave you with a deep appreciation for their ultimate sacrifice, but also for the potential sacrifice that all firefighters are willing to accept in their duties. To protect life and property is a Firefighter’s duty. On December 29, 1981, at 6:12 pm, Terry Brown and Dana Fuller were called to duty when a fire erupted at the Star Hotel in Bellows Falls, Vermont. Using never before seen archival photos, the producers Mike Smith, Sue Smith, Marty Gallagher, and Alex Stradling tell the stories of the night of the Star Hotel Fire; the rescues of the occupants trapped by the fire, the bravery of the firefighters, the leadership challenge of the new Fire Chief, and the tragic loss of two young men.

Additional Information
All entry donations will be given to Memorial Park in Bellows Falls, VT, to aid in the maintenance and desired improvements. The park was constructed to honor the lives of the fallen firefighters.
There will be local fire department representatives and members from the film available to discuss the film, answer questions, and reflect.
