Partnering to Promote Skiing in the Mad River Valley

This winter, the Mad River Valley Chamber of Commerce is teaming up with our friends at Sugarbush Resort to create new ways for local lodging properties to promote skiing and fill rooms—especially during off-peak periods. Sugarbush and Mad River Glen provide excellent ways for lodging partners to attract guests who don’t already hold an Ikon, Sugarbush, or Mad River Glen pass. The Mad River Valley Chamber of Commerce is committed to coordinating with our business community to maximize the economic impact of the 2025/26 ski season for everyone in the Valley.

Sugarbush offers two great products — Quad Packs and TBD Tickets — that help encourage new visitors to experience the Mad River Valley. These are powerful tools for lodging partners looking to build ski-and-stay packages or add extra value for guests.

Quad Packs
Sugarbush’s flexible, fully transferable lift ticket bundles—ideal for including in lodging packages or offering directly to guests.

How to Buy
Each Chamber-member lodging property should have (or create) an account in the Sugarbush eStore. The MRV Chamber has identified eligible lodging properties by email address.When Quad Packs go off sale to the public in November, Chamber-member lodging partners will still be able to purchase Quad Packs throughout the season using their lodging account.

Another great option for our lodging community is the TBD Ticket — a fully flexible lift ticket that guests can use any day of the 2025/26 winter season.

No blackout dates. No reservations. No stress.
Includes a bonus spring day — great for soft-snow, sun-on-your-face skiing.
TBD Tickets are available for purchase only during certain sales windows and cannot be bought once sales close.

Mad River Glen Lift Ticket Options
Because of Mad River Glen’s unique cooperative business model, they do not offer on-line dynamically priced packageable lift ticket options for lodging properties. However, their dynamic online pricing provides excellent value for visiting skiers and can still be promoted as part of your guest offerings.
